Death

Know that Thomas Guibert of St. Mary's County, by his will, dated Mar 17, 1728/9, amongst other things, bequeathed to his daughter, Elizabeth Guibert, 1 Negro wench called Lucy, but the increase of Lucy he willed to be equally divided between his 2 daughters, Elizabeth and Ann Guibert. Now at this day, the increase of Lucy consists of 1 Negro girl called Nell, 1 Negro boy called George, 1 Negro girl called Terrie, and 1 Negro boy called Ben, which 4 Negroes, the increase, are this day divided, by and with the consent of James Neale (who married sd Elizabeth) and Ann Guibert, as follows (viz) James Neale has Nell and Ben, and Ann Guibert has George and Terrie.
