Apr 10, 1728 from George Medley of St Mary's County, planter, to Simon Reader of the same county, planter, for 2250 lbs of tobacco, 200 acres, it being the part of a tract of land in CC, containing 400 acres, called Tatter Shalls Gift, bounded by Cobbs Cr. Signed - George (I his mark) Medley. Wit - Thos Coode, Hugh Collins, Thomas Gardiner.
St. Mary's County. Apr 18, 1728. This day came before us, 2 JPs for the county afd, George Medley, and acknowledged this deed. At the same time also came Anne, the wife of the sd George, and relinquished her right of dower'in the land. Signed - Will Deacon, John Leigh.
