Mar 14, 1743 from (1) William Hagan of CC, to James Ashby of CC, Gentleman, for 5 shillings sterling, one lot of ground in Boarmans Mannour, contained in a tract of land of 60 acres, sold by William Boarman to Thomas Hagan, which sd Thomas Hagen bequeathed to the said William Hagon, bounded by a dwelling house standing on sd lot. Signed - William Hagan. Wit - Jno Lancaster, Joseph Lancaster.
1. The grantor and grantee were switched in the 1st sentence, in the Land Records book. The switch is corrected in this volume.
