Page 182. At the request of William Eilbeck, the following deed was recorded on Oct 2, 1747.
Sep 8, 1747 from Edward Musgrove of Fridrick County, Virginia, Batchlour, to William Eilbeck of CC, merchant, for 25 £, a parcel of land in CC called Shrusberry, lying on the north side of Piscadaway River and on the south side of a Cr of sd river called Chuximuxon Cr, bounded by the land formerly laid out for Jno Hatch, the land formerly laid out for Thos Allinson, the land formerly laid out for Jeremiah Frost, containing and laid out for about 150 acres.
