Jul 23, 1752 from Benjamin Musgrove (Musgroves) of Prince Georges County, planter, to Harrison Musgrove of CC, planter, for 5000 lbs of tobacco and for divers other good causes, part of a tract of land on the west side of Zachia Swamp in CC called Burloynes Hills, supposed to be about 100 acres, "it being part of the same tract", and lying between the lands whereon Bennet Posey and George Elgin now live, and all the remainder of the sd tract, more than sd Bennet and George now hold, as by their former deeds are expressed. Signed - Benjamin Musgrove. Wit - Geo. Dent, Jon Dent. Mary, the wife of the sd Benjamin Musgrove, relinquished her right of dower in the sd lands. Recorded Dec 5, 1752.

Signed - Benja Musgrave. Wit - Jno Winter, Jas Nivison, Henry Tubman, William Parker. Recorded Oct 6, 1757.
