I, Thomas Thompson Sr of CC, planter, for the love I have for my son, Richard Thompson of CC, I have given my son 100 acres, part of a tract called High Clifts, lying in CC, reserving the use of what land or timber I shall have occasion of on the said land during my natural life, bounded by the bank or clift of Potomack River.
