(4) 1663: In his will, his father Richard TALBOT gave to Edward and John TALBOT jointly "Talbotts Ridge."
(4) Witnessed the wills of Maj. WELSH and Benjamin LAURENCE.
(4) Philip THOMAS' estate was claimed by his son Samuel through a verbal will of his mother which Edward TALBOTT resisted. The question was finally decided by the Society of Friends in favor of all the heirs.
