Feb 21, 1754 from Richard Smith Sr of CC, planter, to Richard Smith Jr (son of the afd Richard Smith of CC, planter), for 20 shillings sterling, part of 3 tracts of land in William and Mary Parish near Pickuwaxen Church in CC, called Longest Day, Second Thought, and Picuwaxen, bounded by a tract of land called Lugar, Hungerford's land, Bennets Branch, the Run of sd Branch to the land of Robert Mastin, including such parts of the tracts of land, Second Thought and Piccawaxen as lie on the north of the Run afd, containing about 100 acres. Signed - Richd Smith Sr. Wit -Robt Yates, Arthur Lee. Mary, the wife of sd Richard Smith the Elder, relinquished her right of dower to the lands within mentioned. Recorded Jun 10, 1754.

Sd part of 3 tracts of land afd was, on Feb 21, 1754, conveyed to the sd Richard Smith by his father, Richard Smith (now decd), as by deed of gift dated the day and year last afd and recorded in CC Liber A No. 3 folio 191 & 192.
