Marriage

n 1705 Thomas Iredell was married to Rebecca Williams of Philadelphia Monthly Meeting, corner of Second and Market streets, and in 1710 they were recommended by certificate to Abington Monthly Meeting. He purchased of the Carpenter estate 250 acres, bounded on the southwest by the Horsham road, ou the northwest by the road that crosses the turnpike at the toll-gate, on the northeast bythe road leading to Hatboro, and on the southeast by the Meeting-house property.
