Abraham De Graeff who was a Dutch Reformer, born about 1490, renounced the Roman Catholic Church in 1561, taking an active part with the Protestants at Zivammerdam, Holland that year. The Protestants were driven from their homes, leaving their lands, cttle and sheep. Abraham disguised himself, fleeing with his family to Antwerp.
