1785, Feb. 19. Lippincott, Benjamin, of Evesham Township, Burlington Co., yeoman: will of. Wife, Hannah, and my mother, to have the best of my household goods. Wife to have 1/2 the profits of saw mill and lands. Brother, Micajah, the other 1/2 the profits, until my sister's (Rachel Crispin's) son, known by the name of Hugh Lippincott, is 21 years of age. I give to the said child, Hugh Lippincott, (the son of my sister, Rachel, who is now the wife of Joshua Crispin), all my lands and saw mill. Brother-in-laws's (Eias Hammitt's) children, Benjamin and Hezekiah Hammitt, £20 each. Brother's (James's) children, that is now living, £5 each. Brother, John, a lot of pine land which my father held in partnership with Micajah Wills and Joseph Eves. Brother-in-laws's (Nathaniel Middleton's) children, £6 each. Brother, Daniel, my watch. Brother, Jonathan, when he comes to age, a horse. Executors--wife, Hannah, and my brother, Micajah. Witnesses--Micajah Wills, Jacob Wills, Joseph Stokes. Proved 31 March 1785.1785 March 29.
