Isaac Raub

(13 Oct 1785 - 18 May 1875)

Isaac RAUB had but a meagre education in the common schools. His early life was spent in the ore industries of Lehigh county. He subsequently engaged in boating on the canal between Mauch Chunk and Bristol, PA, carrying coal and other freight. He was a Democrat and a member of the Lutheran Church.
