A record has been found that indicates that Meeky GREENWOOD and Shearwood/Sherrod/Sherwood FRANKLIN were married in Surry, NC on 3 Sep 1830 with Lot Wilmoth as best man. The source for this is Surry County, NC Marriages from 1770-1868, page 69.The North Carolina Marriage Bonds, 1741-1868, lists Shurwood FRANKLIN marrying Micky GREENWOOD on 3 Sep 1830, bond #000144536.
Death
