Death
Mrs. Bell Furr, 89, died of complications at the home of her son, Ira Furr, at Mellott at 7 o'clock Saturday night after being in failing health for the past year. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Sarah Gross, Hoopeston, and the following children: Frank, New Richmond; Ira, Mellott; Mrs. Golda Rayburn, Attica, and Mrs. Ella Foxworthy, Newtown. Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at North Christian church with Rev. J. E. Fry in charge. Burial was made in Union cemetery.The Covington Republican, Friday, February 26, 1932
