Death
Deborah A. (Furr) Griffin, age 58, entered into eternal life on June 7, 2012 after a brave four month battle with leukemia. Debi was born in Baltimore and has lived in the South Shore for many years. Mrs. Griffin graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Boston with a bachelors degree in nursing. Deborah worked at the Rice-Eventide Nursing Home in Quincy. She will be remembered for her strength, generosity, quick wit and loving spirit. She was the devoted wife of the late Thomas Griffin. She is survived by her daughter, Katrina; dog, Taz; mother, Dolores; sisters, Gail, Beverly, and Sharon; and many cherished friends. All are invited to assemble at the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, 100 Washington St., Weymouth Landing on Thursday, June 14, at 11:30 a.m. for a procession to Braintree Cemetery for a service at her grave at noon.Published in The Patriot Ledger from June 11 to June 12, 2012
