Death
Dorsey B. Gilmore, 75, of Richmond died Oct. 29, 1991, at Henrico Doctors Hospital in Richmond. Mr. Gilmore was a longtime poultry business owner in Harrisonburg. He sold his trucks to Holly Farms and went to work for them in 1964. Surviving are his wife, Frances F. Gilmore; two sons, Richard and Gerald Gilmore, both of Richmond; and three grandsons. The Rev. Larry Hovis will conduct the funeral at 11 a.m. Friday at the Joseph W. Bliley Funeral Home, Staples Mill Chapel, in Richmond. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the Eastlawn Memorial Gardens in Harrisonburg.
