Lincoln, Ill., May 6. — (Special.) — David A. Furr, an old settler of the community, died Saturday morning at 2:80 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Emma James, on College street, of dropsy, aged 68 years, 1 month and 12 days. The deceased was born in Virginia and for about thirty years had been a resident of this city. His wife preceded him in death about six years ago. Four sons and two daughters survive, John, Charles, George and Frank and Mrs. Emma James and Mrs. Ella Furr Hunter.The Weekly Pantagraph, Bloomington, Illinois, May 11, 1906
