Alice Furr Bosserman died September 25, 1980. She was born March 27, 1915 in Virginia to J. Elmer and Mary Alice Harris Furr. She was a Protestant. Survivors include two sons, Lee Bosserman of Catlett, VA, and Larry Bosserman of Memphis, TN; a daughter, Nancy (Edgar) Pentoney of Berkeley Springs; a sister, Ruth Apperson; three stepsisters, Ann Furr, Martha Pellish, and Sally McClintock; a stepbrother, Larson Furr; and 6 grandchildren. Interment was at National Memorial Park in Falls Church, VA with arrangements by Helsley Funeral Home.Endnotes
