In a quiet but pretty ceremony at the home of the bride's parents at Charles Town, W. Va., Mr. and Mrs. Ernest E Furr, here, Tuesday morning. Miss Frances Belle Furr became the bride of Mr. Ralph W. Koch of New York and Philadelphia, Pa. Only members of the families and a few intimate friends were present. The ceremony was performed by the bride’s pastor, Rev. Mr. Goodwin Frazer of Charles Town Baptist Church. Miss Furr was given in marriage by her father. Mr. Lester Koch of Philadelphia, a brother of the bridegroom, was the latter’s best man. The wedding was solemnized in the living room, in which an improvised altar was formed of ferns, white and yellow chrysanthemums and white candies, while vases of dahlias, roses, cosmos and marigolds adorned the rooms of the first floor. The bride was becomingly attired in brown velvet with hat, gloves and shoes to match. Her boquet was of talisman roses and white gardenias. Mrs. William B. Pendleton, Jr., a sister to the bride, played the wedding march.
