Death

Funeral services for Mary Frances Furr Hungerford, 44, of Cumberland Furnace were Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006, at 3 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Dan Duke officiating. Interment was in Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Hungerford died Aug. 3, 2006, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. She was a native of Bethesda, Md., and the daughter of Mary Furr and the late Turner Furr. She was a cashier at K-Mart and a member of Power and Praise Church. Survivors include her husband, Thomas Hungerford of Cadiz, Ky.; sons, Joseph Hungerford of Dickson and Jamie Hungerford and Tommy Hungerford, both of Maryland; daughters, Crystal Gibson Hungerford of Cumberland Furnace and Christina Hungerford and April Hungerford, both of Dickson, and Mandy Hungerford of Maryland; brothers, John Furr of Erin, David Furr of West Virginia and James Furr of New Jersey; sisters, Shirley Wtzel of Maryland and Debbie Furr of Virginia; and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Donny Furr; and sister, Nancy Furr.
