Death
LOUDOUN. Johnson Furr, farmer and philospher, true friend and Christian, died Friday of last week at the Sibley hospital in Washington after an operation which followed an illness of nearly thirteen weeks. Mr. Furr was born in Loudoun county December 27, 1846, being the son of William and Emsey Furr. From his early boyhood days he followed his favorite pursuit of farming and while still a very young man he married Miss Blanche Megeath, who survives him. Born to their union were six children, all of whom survive him. They are Mrs. Will Nevitt, Mrs. Ed Smith, Mrs. William Goode and Harry Furr, all of Aldie; Otto Furr, of Middleburg, and Irving Furr, of Washington.Warrenton Times, Warrenton, Virginia, January 20, 1916
