Death
KEARNEY - Emma Jean Breiner, 81, of Bertrand died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Westmark Evangelical Free Church in rural Loomis with the Rev. Rick Smith officiating. Cremation will follow services. Private family burial will be later. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. Tuesday at Sandstrom Funeral Home in Bertrand with the family present from 6-7:30 p.m. She was born Sept. 7, 1930, in Galesburg, Ill., to Howard and Alice (Furr) Morris. On Jan. 20, 1957, she married Everett Breiner. Survivors include her husband; sons, Howard of Lexington, Ky., and David of Vallejo, Calif.; daughter, Diane Fullerton of Bertrand; brother, Richard Morris of Illinois; sister, Mary Lester of Princeton, Ill.; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.Published in Kearney Hub on November 21, 2011
