December 3, 1908 -- Ira Bland and Miss Grace Furr, both of Breckenridge, were married at the home of Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Holt, South Wilson street, Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. John Frank Smith, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating. The couple are among the most prominent of Caldwell county.The Chillicothe Constitution, Chillicothe, Missouri
Death
Ira Henry Blann, 76, died suddenly yesterday morning at his home north of Breckenridge. He was a retired farmer and had resided in the Breckenridge community most of his life. Mr. Blann was born in Carroll County on June 30, 1889, and was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Survivors include his wife, Erna of the home; two sons, Charles Blann of Lenexa, Kan., and Ralph Blann of North Kansas City; and a half-sister, Mrs. Bessie Jenkins of Nevada, Mo. Memorial services, conducted by Rev. J.C. Coyle, will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow in the chapel of the Mead-Pitts Funeral Home in Breckenridge."The Chillicothe Constitution-Tribune, November 13, 1965
