Death
Dexter N. Barr, 62, 2748 Sumner, died Tuesday night. Mr. Barr, a long time bookkeeper at Grainger Brothers, had been hospitalized recently with a heart ailment. He had been a resident of the state about 50 years, living at Exeter and Crete before coming here 40 years ago. He had been employed at Grainger for 35 years. Mr. Barr is survived by his wife, Ora; daughter, Mrs. Wade Hilligoss, Lincoln; son, Charles, Lincoln; brother, Warren, Sheridan, Wyo.; sister, Mrs. Jennie Dasenbrock, Milton, Ore.; and three grandchildren.Lincoln Journal Star (NE), May 21, 1947
