CLINTON — Services for Donald E. Gerhart, 37, of 5420 Grove rd. will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Billow Fairlawn Chapel. Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery, Akron. Mr. Gerhart, president of the O and D Gerhart Inc. truck leasing company of Akron, was killed Wednesday in a head-on auto crash on Cleveland-Massillon rd. He was the 72nd person to die in Summit County traffic this year, compared to 57 at this time in 1967. A native of Pennsylvania, he had lived in the Akron and Wooster areas most of his life. He was a veteran of the Korean War and was a member of Barberton Eagles Club. He leaves his wife, Sheila; daughter Debra Allen, Omaha, Neb.; stepdaughter Michelle, at home; mother Mrs. Henry Gerhart, Akron; brothers Eugene, West Richfield, Harry, Akron, and Lawrence, Jacksonville, N.C., and sisters Mrs. Ruth Freiesleben, North Carolina, Mrs. Genevieve Teny, Barberton, and Mrs. Wilma Panas, Akron.
