Death

Bonnie Jean Furr passed on Wednesday April 30th at her home in Lansing Michigan. Bonnie was a long time resident of the Lansing community. She was the wife of Douglas Wilson, her faithful and loyal companion of 32 years. Bonnie was the mother of Dennis Furr of Nottingham England, Julie Gruhn (David Gruhn) of Lansing Michigan, Paul Furr (Jill Platte) of Charlotte Michigan, Sheri Furr (Danica Nichols) of Altoona Pennsylvania. Bonnie was also the grandmother to 6 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Bonnie will be missed by family and many friends. Her kind and giving heart provided so many in her life with comfort even to her last days. The family will not be holding a service but instead a celebration of life in July. Date to be announced later. In lieu of flowers or other condolence gifts we are asking that those that want to honor Bonnie please make a donation to their local Humane Society in honor of Bonnie Furr.
