This BIO was research and provided by F-A-G Contributor, Roberta (#48680950): My research showed: Mattie Hudson daughter of Thaddeus Herndon Hudson and Mary “Mollie” Belle Hawkins first married Aubrey Matthias Hawkins(#134827783) on 25 Oct 1919 in Rappahannock County, Virginia. They had two sons: Ralph Frederick Hawkins and Howard Aubrey Hawkins. Ralph Frederick Hawkins b 23 Jun 1924 Fairfax County d 25 Apr 1993 Woodbridge, Prince William County, VA. I have only been able to find an approximate year (1926) of birth for Howard Hawkins. There are too many people with that name to identify him without more exact information. Mattie’s husband, Aubrey died in 1945. In 1963, she married Carroll R Furr. He was divorced in 1962 from his first marriage to Olkie Mae McCarthy in 1933.Endnotes
