Death

Sandra Sue Parsons, 61 of Belpre, Ohio passed away Sunday, September 12, 2010 at her residence. She was born October 8, 1948 in Grantsville, W.Va., a daughter of the late Clifford and Ruth Maloney Burrows. Sandra was a cosmetologist for over 22 years; a member of the Porterfield Baptist Church; and she enjoyed spending time with her family. Surviving is her husband of 37 years, Glenver Parsons; one daughter, Cindy Ellen Hopkins and husband Todd of Alpharetta, GA.; two sisters, Jeannie Winans and husband David of Parkersburg, W.Va., and Jeannette Wright of Belpre, Ohio; one brother, Edward Burrows and wife Debbie of Bryan, Ohio; two grandchildren, Rachael and Morgan Wilson; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her favorite cat, Ricky-Rocky. In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her first husband, Arley Bud Furr; her son, James Douglas Wilson; one sister, Betty Burrows Hobby; and one brother, Carl Ray Burrows. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Lambert-Tatman Funeral and Cremation Services, Belpre, Ohio.
