Death
Lorain-Rudolph E. Edwards, of 852 North Central Dr., died early this morning. A Baltimore and Ohio locomotive engineer for 33 years, he was 52. Mr. Edwards attended the First Church of the Evangelical United Brethren and was a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and the Baltimore and Ohio Veteran Association. He is survived by his wife, Florence, two daughters, Mrs. Joanne Bawloski and Mrs. Darlene Morris, of Lorain; three sons, Williams, of Davidson, Mich., Richard of Lorain, and Robert, at home; a stepmother, Mrs. Callie Edwards of Wellston; two sisters, Mrs. Natalie Burton, of Wellston and Mrs. Esse Alban of Columbus; a brother, Elden, of Lorain and five grandchildren. Friends may call at Reichlin-Cooley Funeral Home this evening. Services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Pal Kirk officiating. Burial will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park.Chronicle Telegram
