Death
Crawfordsville Journal Review 11-Feb-1977 p 2-- Veedersburg - Anna M. Furr, 92 of South Main Street, Veedersburg, died at 5:30 a.m. Friday in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Danville, Ill. Mrs Furr was a member of Veedersburg First United Methodist Church and Veedersburg War Mothers. She was born in Veedersburg on Sept 22, 1884 a daughter of Samuel and Ida Shipman Lowe. She married Isa Lee Furr June 22, 1904. Surviving are two sons, Dr. Cash Furr of Crawfordsville and Dale Furr of Covington Manor Care Center, 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a husband, two sons and a daughter. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday in Parham Funeral Home here with Bob Walder officiating and assisted by Rev. Harold Nolting. Burial in Rockfield Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday.Endnotes
