Obituary: Anny Landsberger, 86, of Verona and Delray Beach, Fla., died on March 2, 2010. Services will be today, Friday, March 5, at 11 a.m. at Congregation Beth Ahm, 56 Grove Avenue, Verona, under the direction of J.L. Apter Memorial Chapels of Cedar Grove. Shiva will be held today from 2:30 to 6:30 and Saturday from 6:30 to 8:30 at the family residence. Born in Vienna, Austria, Mrs. Landsberger was a member of the League of Women Voters, Hadassah and Congrgation Beth Ahm, all of Verona. She and her husband founded Bel-Art Products of Pequanock in 1946, a manufacturer of medical supplies for the elderly and disabled, as well as laboratory products such as beekers and supplies, for which she still served as executive secretary at her time of passing. Mrs. Landsberger held two master's degrees, one in sociology from Seton Hall and the other in German literature form Montclair State. She was the beloved wife of Kurt; loving mother of David (Lue) and Allen (Diana); adoring grandmother of Joshua, Seth, Hannah, Nicholas, and Alexa, and proud great-grandmother of Jacob. The family has asked that donations be made to the Hadassah Hospital in Israel or Congregation Beth Ahm in Verona.Endnotes
