Lloyd Hugh Erwin, 98, a good man, passed away Monday, March 9, 2009.
Funeral: 3 p.m. Friday at Victory Family Church. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Greenwood Funeral Home.
Lloyd was born Feb. 17, 1911, in Alvord. He resided in Fort Worth most of his life. Lloyd was a dedicated Christian, a loving and hard-working person. He attended his church with outstanding devotion and faithfulness. Lloyd retired from General Dynamics and Bell Helicopter. He was known to his daughters as "Daddy."
Lloyd was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Geneva June; one daughter, Geneva Lloydene; three brothers; and three sisters.
Survivors: Daughters, Bettye Pauline Trojan, Kyrene Harrelson and husband, Arthur Ray, and Donna Trice and husband, Buddy; grandchildren, Gerald Trojan, Paula Parrish and husband, Ricky, Christi Bellamy and husband, Scott, Arthur Ray Harrelson Jr. and wife, Sharon, Kenneth Harrelson and wife, Ann Marie, Don Harrelson and wife, Wendy, Julie Harrelson Stephens and husband, Mark, Suzy Ogden and husband, Brent, and Margie Anderson and husband, Tracy; and 12 great-grandchildren.
