Obituary for Mrs. Helen L. Wright
Helen L. Wright, age 87 years, a resident of Jonesboro, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at 3:58 PM at her home.
Helen was born November 23, 1924 in Johnson County Illinois. She was the daughter of Claude Hartsell Richardson & Mary Thelma (Moake) Richardson.
Helen was united in marriage to Clifford H. Wright on February 14, 1950 in Pope County Illinois. Together they enjoyed over 62 years of marriage.
In addition to her husband, Helen is survived by:
2 Daughters - Ann Lingle of Jonesboro, Illinois
Lynn Heisner of Anna, Illinois
11 Grandchildren

Helen had been employed as a certified nurse's aide. She was employed at the Illinois State Hospital in Dixon, Illinois, later working at Union County Hospital for 14 years and then the Jonesboro Health Care Center for many years.
Helen was of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed making crochet handcrafts and working find-a-word puzzles. Helen loved flowers and enjoyed working in her yard. She will be long remembered as a wonderful cook and baker. She especially enjoyed making pastry goods and chicken & dumplings which she shared with family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 2, 2012, at 1 PM at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna. Bro. Jack Richardson and Bro. Bob Richardson, Jr. will officiate.
Burial will be in the Vienna Fraternal Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 AM – 1 PM Friday at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna.
Memorials may be made to the TIP/VNA Hospice, 125 Leigh Drive, Suite D, Anna, IL 62906
