Ioannides attested that in Agios Ioannis in the house of the deceased on Wednesday, January 4, 1989 at 11:00 p.m., died Polyxeni Geroulakou, resident of Agios Ioannis, born in Paleopanagia in 1902, farmer, Christian Orthodox, Greek citizen, written in the Dimotologion of Agios Ioannis, Lakonia, family 50/2, daughter of Aristedes, deceased, and of Aggeliki, deceased; and widow of Dimitrios

Burial

In July 2016, Carol Petranek visited the cemetery in Agios Ioannis (St. Johns), Sparta. In the ossuary building, there is a box with the name, "Polyxeni D. Geroulakou." No date is on the box. This is the only Polyxeni D. (Dimitrios) Geroulakos in Agios Ioannis, so the box is hers.
