Contract about pigs
Panagiotis Zarafonitis gives a pregnant pig to Georgitsa. Georgitsa will feed and care for the pig, and later when the pig gives birth they will share in the profit of the piglets. After the mother pig gives birth, Georgitsa will return it to Panagiotis.
The penalties: if Georgitsa sells illegally a little pig when it is born or she doesn’t properly care for the pregnant mother pig, she will return the money and the pig to the owner with no profit.

side 2: Panagiotis G.Zarafonitis farmer (Sklavochori - Goudena)
witnesses: Ilias I.Zografos painter (Sparta) - Eustratios Ilia Dimakos (Soha)
Notes: Panagiotis Zarafonitis is trying to help Georgitsa because she was a widow.
People back then were very poor so they shared in raising and selling animals together. It was a pattern that is still used today.
Georgitsa keeps the pig until itgives birth; then she has to return it. The profit for her is the piglets. Shewill not have to buy pigs because she will have her own. The profit for thelender is that for a short while, the mother pig will not be in his fields.
