The name of my wife or husband is Peter. we were married on April 26, 1923 at New York, NY; she or he was born at Sparta Greece, on 1895, entered the United States at New York, NY on 1912, for permanent residence therein, and now resides at 2101 Avenue Z, Brooklyn, NY. I have 4 children, and the name, date and place of birth and place of residence of eash of said children are as follows: Nick, born April 6, 1924; Mary, born May 16, 1926, Basiliki, born August 5, 1928, baby female, unnamed, born January 22, 1930. The petition of Constance Minakakis, hereby filed, respectfully shows:
1. My place of residence is 2578 East 22 Street, Brooklyn, NY
2. My occupation is housewife.
3. I was born in Sparta, Greece on May 16, 1906. My race is Greek
4. I declared my intention to become a citizen of the US on December 8, 1930 in the US District Court of Eastern District of NY at Brooklyn, NY
5. I am married. The name of my husband is Peter. We were married on April 26, 1923 at New York, NY; he was born at Sparta Greece on about 1895; entered the US at New York, NY on about 1912 for permanent residence therein, and now resides at 2578 East 22 Street, Brooklyn, NY. I have 4 children and the name, date and place of birth and place of residence of each of said children are as follows:
Nickolas, April 6, 1924; Mary, May 16, 1926; Basilki, August 4, 1928; Dimitria, January 22, 1930; all born in Brooklyn, NY. All reside at 2578 East 22 St., Brooklyn, NY.
6. My last foreign residence was Sparta, Greece. I emigrated to the US from Pireaus, Greece. My lawful entry fo rpermanent residence in the US was at New York, NY, under the name of Lerikou, Constantina on November 25, 1920, on the vessel "Megali Hellas" as shown by the certificate of my arrival attached hereto.
7. ...renounce allegiance to The Greek Republic of whom at this time I am a subject (or citizen), and it is my intention to reside permanently in the U.S.
8. I am able to speak the English language.
9. I have resided continuously in the US for the term of 5 years at least immediately preceding the date of this petition, to wit, since November 25, 1920 and in the County of Kings this State, continuously next preceding the date of this petition, since April 26, 1923, being a residence within said county of at least six months next preceding the date of this petition.
10. I have not heretofore made petition for citizenship....
