I was born in Sparta Greece on the 15 day of July 1869; I now reside at 2418 Pennsylvania Ave., Baltimore, Md. I emigrated t the United States from Athens Greece on the vessel I do not remember; my last foreign residence was Sparta, Greece; I am married; the name of my wife is Stella; she was born at Sparta, Greece and now resides with me.
...renounce allegiance... to the present government of Greece, of whom I am now a subject. I arrived at the port of New York, in the state of New York, on or about the 15 day of August, 1899...
