Personally applied before the Judge of said Court Georges A. Messarhakis and Golfo M. Mihalakakos for a License to Marry. Said Georges A. Messarhakis being first duly sworn saith the he is 36 years of age; resides at Springfield, County of Clark and State of Ohio; was born at Spilia State of Creta, Greece, on the 23 day of April 1887; by occupation is a candy maker; his father's name is Aristedis Messarhakis and his mother's maiden name was Elen Loukakis; that he has been married, widowed, divorced [line through the field].

Said Golfo M, Mihalakakos being first duly sworn saith that she is 23 years of age; resides at Springfield, County of Clark and State of Ohio; was born at Sparta, Country of Greece on the 6 day of April 1900; by occupation is a [line through the field]; her father's name is Mihael Mihalakakos; her mother's maiden name was Elen Liakakou; that she has been married, widowed, divorced [line through the field]; her married name was [line through the field]. Each of said parties swears that they are not nearer kin than second cousins....that said Georges A. Messarhakis has no wife living, and said Golfo M. Mihalakakos has no husband living. That it is expected that A. G. Campbell will solemnize the marriage.
