In Theodore's email, he had this Panagiotis and Kanela as parents of: Nikolaos, Georgios, Dimitris, Eleni, Ioannis. In the Dimotologion, those children belong to Panagiotis Nikolaos whose father is Nikolaos and his mother Maria, and his wife is Kanella Spirakou. It is possible that Panagiotis was married twice to 2 different Kanella's, or Theodore's email simply had an incorrect last name for Kanella.
