Fifth. I declared my intention to become a citizen of the United States on the 3 day of Dec. 1919 at B'klyn in the Sup. Court of Kings Co..
Sixth, I am married. My wife's name is Helen. She was born on the 5 day of Nov. 1888 at Greece and now resides at w/m.
