OC/M-253 dated March 30, 1818. Petition of Savina Hoffman, widow of
Philip Hoffman, names George Fink Jr. guardian of Leah, Catherine &
Rebecca Hoffman, all under 14 Years of age. She also named Henry
Stover, Esq., guardian of Susanna, Michael & Elizabeth Hoffman , all
over 16 years of age.

OC/M-315 dated September 15, 1818. Dr. Casper Bard & Jacob Reiff
executors of Philip Hoffman shows a balance of $337.32 and 1/2.

OC/M-349 dated Dec. 15, 1818. Motion and affadavit of Henry Stover,
Esq., for rule on Casper Baird, ex. of Philip Hoffman, deceased. To
answer to charged Jan. 15, 1819.

OC/M-363 dated Jan 5, 1819. Rule on Casper Baird as Executor of
Philip Hoffman continued.

OC/M-414 dated August 2, 1819. Sabina, widow of Philip Hoffman and
son, Michael Hoffman, aged 15 years, names Joseph Webb as guardian
for Susan, Elizabeth, and Michael (himself).
John Meyer is made guardian of Leah, Rebecca, and Catherine, all
under 14 years. (see John Moyer recognizance 11-1-1819).

OC/M-419- dated August 6, 1819 Dr. Casper Bard and Jacob Reiff show
balance of $130.08 and 1/2.

OC/M-420 dated August 6, 1819 Ex. above named ready to pay over
balance and be dismissed.

OC/N-3 dated Nov. 1, 1819 John Meyer and David Ramsey give
guardianship bond of $2000. as guardian of Leah, Rebecca, and
Catherine Hoffman.

OC/N36 dated December 14, 1819 Henry Stover Esq. and George FInk,
guardian of Susanna, Michael, Elizabeth, Leah, Catherine and Rebecca
Hoffman.
Guardian account show balance of $94.57.

OC/N 58 dated February 15, 1820 son Michael Hoffman over 14 years
old names John Meyer his guardian. The widow, Savina Hoffman, names
John Meyer guardian of daughter Elizabeth under 14 years of age.

OC/Q 366 dated August 2, 1831 John Meyer guardian of Michael,
ELizabeth, Leah, Rebecca, and Catharine Hoffman, minor children of
Philip Hoffman, late of Newberry Twp. Balance of $35.61 and 1/2.

OC/Q 408 dated November 8, 1831. Motion by Samuel M. Barnitz and
COurt named Peter Zurger of Conewago Twp. Admr. De Bonis non will
annexed of Phillip Hoffman, late of NEwberry Twp.

OC/Q 418 dated November 8, 1831 Jacob Reiff and Casper Baird ex. of
Phillip Hoffman are discharged as executors.

OC/R 451 dated August 5, 1834 PEter Zorger, Adm. de bonis non of
Philip Hoffman. Balance of $272.21. audit by Edward Chapin and
Jacob A. Fisher Esqs.

1830. He is living adjacent to a Henry Hoffman in Manchester Twp
York Co PA #239. A Henry & Elizabeth Hoffman were sponsors of some
of Philip's children at baptism. Is this Henry a father or brother
of Philip?

1800 Census:
1314 Hoffman, Philip has one male 26-45; l female under 10; 1 female
16-26. This would fit for Philip (would have been born 1755-74);
first child Susana born 1801 would be 1 year; Sabina born 1775 would
be 25.
