The following synopsis in records of Glenn Bosley:Will of Nancy Rigg made Dec. 29, 1839 probated August 10, 1846. It mentions a brother, Jesse Bennett and children of her sister, Rebecca.
Rebecca and Henry Sayes or Boyers. Nancy Bennett Rigg was the widow of Peter Rigg, and she must have survived him by some 15 years. (His estate settled in 1831.)
