John Rigg, aged 75, carpenter, was still living in the 1860 census: Taylorsville PO, Spencer Co., KY. [Spencer Co. is directly south of Shelby Co.] He and his third wife, Nancy, were living withDaniel McMullin, apparently a son from her previous marriage. That gives a more precise estimate of his birthdate and confirms the location as Virginia.
