Belinda was a widow. Death certificate shows that she had been living in New York City for two years prior to her death. At time of death: 105 E. 15th Street, Manhattan, New York, New York.
BURIAL: Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, Franklin, Ohio. Cremated, buried in a niche in the Huntington Chapel to the right of the Good Samaritan window. Grave is unmarked.
