KNOX CITY (Sp I) — John B Hendrix 84 who has ranched here for over 50 years died Monday. He was active in Baptist Church activities. Surviving are two sons B. B. and Alfred Hendrix of Knox City, six daughters, Mrs. Thelma Howell and Mrs. Mae Bradley of Knox City, Mrs. Irene Ambrose of Lubbock, Mrs. Ruby Boydston of Olney, Mrs. Ruth Odell of Dallas and Mrs. Pearl Brannon of Richmond Calif.Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Fort Worth, Texas, May 3, 1966
