MOORESVILLE — Mrs. Margie Lucille Arnette Furr, 72, died Tuesday, January 13, 1998 in the loving care of the Genesis Elder Center. Funeral service is 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 15, 1998 at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel, Concord, NC, with Rev. Leroy Grant officiating. Burial will be at Charlotte Memorial Gardens, Charlotte, NC. Mrs. Furr was born on June 16, 1925, in Cabarrus County, NC. She was a retired weaver with Highland Park of Charlotte, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Alexander Furr, who died on March 29, 1974. Surviving are her son, Clifford Pete Furr of Charlotte, NC; 3 daughters, Mrs. Sue Griffin of Charlotte, NC, Mrs. Myra Muto of Newport News, VA, and Mrs. Cathy McCracken of Stanfield, NC; sister, Mrs. Mary Labord of New Orlems, LA; 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Hartsell Funeral Home is serving the family of Mrs. Furr.
