DAVENPORT, Fla. — A memorial service for Richard “Rick” L. Ray, 67, will be held at Second Baptist Church in Lancaster, S.C., at a later date. Born December 26, 1945 in Lancaster to Robert and Evelyn Ray, he died June 11, 2008. Surviving are his wife, Elaine; son, Todd Ray; daughter, Thai Williams; brothers, Ron, Randy Ray.
