Death
Willie Brown Ewing Jr., 49, died Monday. Born in Chester County, he was a member of First Church of the Nazarene and an Army veteran. He was a truck driver for United Contractors. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Brenda Furr Ewing, a son, Timothy R. Ewing of Chester; and sisters, Mrs. Etta B. Britton of Leesburg, N.C., Mrs. Jeanette Bennett of Orlando, Fla, Mrs. Glenda Alley of Spartanburg and Mrs. Violet Ferrell of Charlotte. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Barron Funeral Home, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.Endnotes
