Lancaster, Sept 22 - Mrs. Sallie Shehand, wife of Charlton Shehane, died Saturday night at their home near Pleasant Hill and was buried day before yesterday at Fork Hill church. She was a victim of typhoid fever and her husband and one child are now seriously ill with the same disease. She was a daughter of Mr. Newman Robinson of the eastern portion of the county and was about 30 years of age. Beside her husband several children survive her.The State, Columbia, South Carolina, September 23, 1909
