Millard Wallace Honeycutt OAKBORO -- Mr. Honeycutt, 71, of 14179 Liberty Hill Church Road, died Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at Stanly Memorial Hospital. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel, Albemarle, Elder Rom Kerley officiating. Burial will be in Smith's Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Oakboro. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Born April 30, 1934 in Stanly County, NC, he was the son of the late Adam L. Honeycutt and the late Eva Furr Honeycutt. He was a retired pipe fitter with Piedmont Mechanical in Charlotte, and was of the Primitive Baptist Faith. Survivors are his wife, Mary Claudene Coble Honeycutt of the home; sons, David Wallace Honeycutt of Stanfield, NC, and Ricky Lee Honeycutt of Norwood, NC; daughter, Lisa Honeycutt Williams of Oakboro, NC; brother, Boyd Lee Honeycutt of Kannapolis, NC; 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Marvin Honeycutt. The family will meet at the home, 14179 Liberty Hill Church Road, Oakboro. Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is assisting the Honeycutt Family.
